The process begins at your home site selection and follows you through to any warranty needs you may have. Damascus Homes excels in customer service and encourages feedback from all home buyers. 1. Your visit to a Damascus Homes Neighborhood

When you visit a Damascus Homes neighborhood, you will be greeted by one of our certified and professional sales agents who will be happy to assist you with all of your “atlanta realestate home buying” needs, such as community information, local schools, churches, daycare facilities, etc. All of our communities have a fully furnished model decorated by our in-house Interior Designer.

2. The Mortgage Process

The Mortgage Process is sometimes viewed as the “scariest” part of buying a home. Damascus Homes has selected our Preferred Lender to help take the stress out of this process. How do we choose our preferred lender? Through a continued process of providing excellent service to all our future homebuyers including, but not limited to, good faith estimates, accurate information to the homebuyer for all aspects of the mortgage process. But most of all, Home America will provide competitive mortgage rates second to customer service. Home America will spend at least 1 - 2 hours with each homebuyer to ensure fulfillment of all mortgage obligations.

3. The Decorating Process

This is a very exciting process for the homebuyer. Our in-house Interior Designer will guide you through this process. They will assist you in choosing all of the perfect selections for your new home, such as carpet, paint colors, brick accents, tile backsplash, hardwood floors, etc.

4. Flexible Living Spaces

The reality is that family situations change and our needs and wants for space in the home change too. The solution? Spaces to grow into and configure them as you choose! Designs which embody such flexibility are in demand by homebuyers. How you intend to use the space is entirely up to you.

5. Lush Landscaping

Enjoy your new back yard immediately! With landscaping completed prior to your move-in, the grass is greener here!

6. A Distinctive Neighborhood Feel

7. Flexible Financing Programs

As one of the area’s most trusted homebuilders, we have developed a close working relationship with several prominent lending institutions. 8. The Contract

The contract is a legal document necessary to purchase a home. Our sales staff will walk the homebuyer through this process step-by step. The homebuyer is made to feel comfortable and at ease when asking questions. All specific requests will be put in writing to ensure a smooth process.

9. Meeting your Service Representative

For most closings, the homebuyer will meet on-site with their Service Representative the day before closing. This meeting gives the homebuyer the opportunity to discuss their individual service plan, as well as any additional coverage chosen. This meeting is an excellent time to ask any last minute questions to ensure customer satisfaction.

10. The Closing

Damascus Homes strives to make the closing process a smooth and hassle free process. We encourage our homebuyers to contact our Closing Attorney, Carl W. Wright at any time. He is always available to assist the homebuyer and answer any questions. He is very thorough in completing all necessary mortgage paperwork.
